• The site directly collects no application and no data relating to intimate life.
• If you write to us, your address, the content of your message and the information you choose to transmit are used solely to reply to you.
• We ask you not to transmit by email any intimate photograph, identity document, or unsolicited sensitive information.
• No data is sold and no advertising profiling is carried out on this showcase.

Hosting and technical data

The showcase is hosted by EuroDNS S.A., 24, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg. As part of the operation and securing of hosting, EuroDNS may process technical data, notably the IP address, connection logs and the information necessary to deliver the site. EuroDNS indicates that personal data related to its services is stored in data centres located in Luxembourg.

Applications by invitation

Applications are reserved for people recommended or individually invited and residing in Belgium, throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, or in the French and Dutch areas located up to 50 km from the Belgian border. This condition concerns residence, never nationality. The confidential channel and the information applicable to the processing of their data are communicated to them directly; no public application link is available.

Our choices before the Boudoir opens

The future member space will only open once its protections have actually been implemented and tested. The following principles guide its design:

• A simple visit will remain silent. Viewing a Portrait will create no visit receipt, no notification, no popularity ranking.
• Presence will be discreet by default. Online status and last login are not meant to be displayed. A temporary availability to converse may be signalled voluntarily.
• No search by ethnic origin. Connivence does not wish to request or use racial or ethnic origin to rank or filter its members.
• Intimate information will remain optional. Its usefulness and visibility must be explained at the time it is requested, with a clear option not to answer.
• Each private access must be controllable. An album opening will be individual, limited or revocable, and its withdrawal must take effect immediately.
• Being a member will not mean having to appear. A pause and a discreet mode must allow withdrawal from the directory without forced exposure.

Commitment to prudence: these principles describe the conditions required for the future Boudoir. They are not presented as features already available on the current showcase.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or limitation of data concerning you and exercise the other rights provided by law. A request receives a response in principle within the month, subject to the necessary verifications.

Evolution of the service
