Conditions of the Circle

Essential principles

• Access reserved for people admitted according to the announced journey. For a couple, each partner must be at least 30; this age condition does not apply to single people personally chosen by Oli&Mu (Ambassadors and Ambassadrices).
• No obligation to meet, reply, open an album or share intimacy.
• A refusal need not be justified and must be received with elegance.
• Absolute confidentiality of identities, words and content discovered within the Circle.
• Prohibition to copy, capture, distribute or identify a member outside the service.
• Possibility to suspend an access immediately to protect a person or the Circle, with human review.

Admission by invitation

Applications are not open to the public. They are reserved for people recommended or individually invited, aged at least 30 for couples, and residing in Belgium, throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, or in the French and Dutch areas located up to 50 km from the Belgian border. For a couple, each of the two people must be at least 30; this age condition does not apply to single people personally chosen by Oli&Mu (Ambassadors and Ambassadrices). This geographic condition concerns residence, never nationality.

Founding phase

The first Ambassadors are couples approached and personally invited by Oli&Mu. Their access to the Circle is offered for six months, with no commitment or automatic payment. They are neither recruiters nor representatives: no target, no recommendation obligation and no public role are imposed on them.

Ambassadors

Ambassadors may, if they wish, point out to Oli&Mu a few couples they trust. They never access administrative identities, applications, decision reasons, private conversations or others' confidential content.

Membership

Admission results from a reciprocal decision. It constitutes neither a promise of encounters nor a right of access to other members' private spaces. The conditions of any paid membership will be clearly presented before any decision. These offers are not proposed during the founding phase. Before any payment, the chosen duration, the debited amount, the date of the next renewal and the automatic nature of the renewal will be recalled. The free trial will never automatically convert into a paid offer. No payment module is currently integrated or activated.

Payment and renewal

When activated, payments will be processed securely via PayPal; Connivence will not store bank card numbers. After an explicit paid subscription, membership will renew automatically at the announced due date. The member may cancel this renewal at any time and without charge; cancellation will take effect for the following period, without calling into question the period already paid.

Content and behaviour

Each member remains responsible for the content they publish and confirms having the agreement of any recognisable person. Illegal, non-consensual, humiliating, violent content or content involving a minor is prohibited.

End of membership

The member may request the closure of their account independently of cancelling the renewal. Erasure timelines will be specified in the final contractual version.
